Shipping information

All ElectraMedia orders are shipped with Australia Post, in Australia and around the world. For most destinations you can choose between Standard Post or Express Post.

We charge a flat rate for shipping. This is the only charge for shipping. It is the same price whether you order one item or numerous items combined in the one shipment.

All of our Art Prints are placed in a poly sleeve which is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard tube.

Tracking is standard with all orders. You will be advised of the tracking number as soon as possible after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within one to three days. If there are any problems with this we will contact you promptly.
