Refund and Returns Policy

Items purchased from ElectraMedia.com.au are eligible for return or refund no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. ‘Receipt’ is the date you receive it according to the shipping tracking data. After this time we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. This Returns and Refunds Policy is governed by the relevant laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.

To be eligible for return or refund the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received by you and in the original packaging, including shipping container. You are responsible for return shipping/postage unless otherwise negotiated.

Please do not return any item without advising us first and receiving approval for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed and a credit will applied to your credit/debit card or other original method of payment, within seven (7) days. If you do not receive the refund please contact us at electra@electramedia.com.au.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If an item is received damaged, please contact us at electra@electramedia.com.au with images of the damaged item and packaging. We will respond as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item, unless otherwise negotiated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service (Australia Post Standard Postage within Australia) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
